MVP does not require an account. If you email us, we receive the address and message content you send.

Usage data

We may collect device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and product events (upload, generate, result) to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Design content

• Outdoor photos you upload
• Prompts, style choices, and generation settings
• Generated before/after landscape previews

We use information to:

• Run AI landscape redesign (submit tasks to providers, return results)
• Provide support when you contact us
• Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and keep the service reliable
• Understand product usage at an aggregate level

AI model training

We do not use your uploaded photos, prompts, or generated images to train our own foundation models. Providers process content only to fulfill your generation request under their terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Infrastructure vendors (hosting, object storage, logging)
• AI generation providers needed to create your redesign
• Authorities when required by law

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, temporary object retention). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You can clear local history in the product UI anytime.

Temporary uploads and outputs may be stored for a limited period for delivery and cleanup (for example TTL on object storage). Support emails are retained as needed to resolve your request. Aggregated analytics may be kept longer.

Servers or vendors may process data in regions outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We use essential browser storage for device id, UI preferences (sidebar), local generation history, and pending-task recovery. We do not run third-party advertising cookies in the MVP.

The service depends on cloud storage and AI providers. Their privacy practices apply when they process data on our behalf. Links to external sites are not covered by this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
