By using Landscape Plan you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Landscape Plan lets you upload an outdoor photo, describe changes in natural language, and generate a before-and-after landscape redesign preview. Features may change as we iterate the MVP.
You may use the MVP without creating an account. If we add accounts later, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your device or account.
You agree not to:
You retain rights to photos and prompts you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service (including storage and AI providers). Generated previews are provided for personal planning and visualization. You are responsible for verifying suitability before any real-world construction.
The Landscape Plan name, logo, UI, and software remain our property (or our licensors’). These Terms do not transfer ownership of our brand or code to you.
Results are AI-generated previews. They may contain errors, omit site constraints (codes, utilities, HOA rules), or change plant/hardscape details. Do not treat outputs as professional landscape architecture, engineering, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals before building.
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation depends on third-party AI capacity and may fail, queue, or time out.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landscape Plan and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on generated previews. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
